Live too far away to drop your quilt off?  That's ok, you can mail it to me and I will send it back to you once its quilted.  Return shipping cost will be quoted with your quote request and will vary based on size and weight of your quilt, as well as where you are located.  Shipping your quilt back to you will be through Australia Post or Aramex, whichever is cheaper.  Return shipping will be insured and need to be signed for to receive delivery.

 

Here is what you need to do if you want to send your quilt for service.

 

After accepting your quote, paying your deposit and preparing your quilt for service, use the recommendations below to pack your quilt and backing up securely.

• Place the quilt top, backing and any binding you would like attached in a plastic bag to protect it from weather and damage during shipping. I will return it to you in the same way.

• Please label the bag with your name to avoid any confusion with other customers' quilts.

• Please send me an email or text when you have posted the quilt with the tracking information so I can keep an eye on it.

• I will notify you when your package arrives.

• Once your quilt is completed, I will send you photos so you get to see it and send the balance of payment. I will notify you when the parcel is sent with the tracking details, so you can see when it will arrive home.
